1 mile run - Treadmill
So tired this morning that I didn't want to run. I knew that if I was going to run today I would want to do it before work! I have an old student named McKinley Howell coming over after work to start on the exterior of Virginia Whiskey.
One window officially out. Six more to go! This is where I start getting a little bit nervous.
