1 mile run - Treadmill
I decided not to run early this morning so that I could spend a little free time with Jenny before we went to work. Today was my long day at work, so I knew that this would be a tough run to get in when I got home. 
Ruby is spending the night at Jenny's parents tonight. I am glad that they get to spend time with her, she loves to go out to the country and spend that time with them. It is also a nice change for us to spend an evening not having to worry about getting her ready for bed, but we miss her when she's not here. I mean what did we do before she was around? Life is so much better with her in it.
