1.5 miles - Treadmill
Got off of work early today and it's 101 degrees outside! Too hot to run outside yet again, so back to the treadmill. Had to post this picture from last night. It was too cute not to post. I'm not feeling the best this evening. I'm pretty sure that I ate something with gluten in it at lunch today. Hopefully it will get out of my system tonight and I'll feel better tomorrow. I hate feeling like this.
