What started as a photo journal about trying to run a mile or more for 365 days has become a raw view at the life that I lead. 1 mile - Treadmill
Ran this afternoon. Didn't want to run. I pretty much felt like crap with a fever and sore throat. Still got the mile in for today.
I am a runner and a triathlete. I love my wife, my daughter, my two wiener dogs, good beer and great bourbon.
I have finished 3 full marathons, a lot of half marathons, The Dopey Challenge at Disney World (5k,10k,Half Marathon,Full Marathon. All done in consecutive days) and I am a 2 time Half Ironman Finisher. Always looking for my next challenge!
