08.31.2015 - 31 of 365
1 mile - Treadmill
Quick mile run today to officially finish up my first full month of running every day! Did a fast one mile on the treadmill after work to finish up number 31! Then I spent some quality time with Ruby. 
Watching some TV with the girl after today's run.
