1 mile - Treadmill
Boring, long day at work for me today. I ran before work because it's my 12 hour day. But today was exciting for my friend Matt. He got a call to be an extra in the TV version of ROOTS! Life is not all about me anymore. I'm proud of my new coworker. Follow your dreams my friend.

End of the week celebration at Papito's after the call and long day of work. Yep, he's a movie star, BUT drinking a frozen, peach margarita. Lol. Great day.
