1 mile run - Treadmill
Feeling a little rough today, not going to lie. The Ole Miss vs Alabama game kept me up until about one in the morning, but it was worth watching to see Alabama get beat! Nothing like a little hair of the dog to get you going the next day. Finished a very slow 1 mile treadmill run and decided to make a Bloody Mary to sit and watch this Bucs vs Saints game. 
Go Bucs! It's the 3rd quarter right now and the Bucs are winning 17-7. Keep up the good work guys! 
Got to hang out with this little goof ball this morning while Jenny went to church. I love spending this quality time with her. It's beautiful to me to just watch her play and learn. She is so stinking fun and funny.
