1 mile run - Lake Serene
42 degrees 100% humidity 
Not a bad run this morning. I am still tired from the surgery on my neck. I haven't been sleeping the best. I'm ready to get back to my normal training schedule. 
These pictures are from Sunday evening. We had the children's choir sing at church for the decorating of the church Christmas tree. These are the moments that I will cherish forever. 

Day 7 - Jeremiah 33:14-16
14 ""The days are coming,' declares the Lord,' when I will fulfill the good promise that I made to the people of Israel and Judah. 15 "In those days and at that time I will make a righteous Branch sprout from David's line; he will do what is just and right in the land. 16 In those days Judah will be saved and Jerusalem will live in safety. This is the name by which it will be called: The Lord Our Righteous Savior.'
