3 mile run - Lake Serene
60 degrees 95% humidity
I've officially made it 4 months straight of running a mile of more a day. The streak continues. Back to work this morning. Never fun to go back, but I will have two weeks off for Christmas break very soon! Still learning a lot about myself daily. Finished off a good day by laying on the floor with the whole family and watching Rudolph.
