I didn't want to get out of the bed this morning to go run, but I'm glad that I did. I can't stand doing a run when I get home from work. I went ahead and knocked it out, and I'm glad that I did! Great run!
Happy Veterans Day to you dad and Grandpa Maul! Thank you for serving for our country and our freedom. 
This is one of my favorite pictures that we have hanging in our house. This handsome guy on the right  is my grandfather that I never met. I've heard amazing stories about this man. I wish I could have known him. He died of a heart attack a month after I was born. I know that he looks down on me. I know that someday I will meet him, until then cheers grandpa. I'll take a shot for you and your friends in this picture. They look like a great group of guys.
