10.30.2015 - 91 of 365
1 mile run - Lake Serene
61 degrees 70% humidity 
30 mile bike - Around Hattiesburg 
Did my mile run in the morning. Decided to go for a long bike ride about 11:30 this morning. Made it 30 miles. One more long ride like that before heading to Cocoa Beach, Florida for the last Rocketman triathlon. Undertrained and a little nervous about this one. I'll just take it slow and enjoy it. Finished the evening sitting outside in the cool weather watching game 3 of the World Series.
