I'm not originally from Mississippi. I came here when I was 20 years old. Never thought I'd be here 20 years later. But, I have to say this is my home. I certainly do not agree with a lot of stuff that goes on in this state, but it is where I met my wife and had my daughter. It has become my home. It is part of my life journey. Now it's a permanent part of my roadmap of life.
My daughter, Ruby Davis Maul, Hattiesburg, MS. That's what she calls herself. It's cute.
